Mondays are my absolute favorite. It's the one day of the week I get to spend with the single greatest human ever. It's also a great way to start my week! I've recently started cooking and I must toot my own horn because I have improved so much! I love it.

I decided to surprise Canaan with my cooking skills and made him some thai green curry with chicken! We also ate pop rocks, drank some Pearl Cup and did some thriftin' at one of our favorites, Dolly Python.

I highly recommend this recipe! (Central Market)
